Frequent Meetings
The Safety committee meets quarterly. Mandatory company wide safety meetings occur bi-annually.
Employee Orientations
A Safety orientation is required for all new employees. Daily huddles to communicate the daily jobsite specific analysis.
Fall Protection
When working at or above 5 feet high, TJ Wies requires employees to tie-off, surpassing the current OSHA mandate of 6 feet and above.
Protective Equipment
All employees utilize cut-resistant gloves, have their own personal fall arrest system, and are provided the highest quality equipment.
