Artist Village, UNC School of the Arts’ newest residence hall in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, is a 126,300-square-foot, five-story facility housing about 450 first- and second-year students. The semi-suite building includes two wings—Artist Village East and West—with suite-style rooms and shared bathrooms. Amenities include community kitchens, gaming areas, lounges, study spaces on every floor, and a central laundry facility. Designed to reflect UNCSA’s artistic identity, it fosters creativity, collaboration, and connection.
