Bluford Street Residence Hall adds 155,200 square feet of modern residential space to the heart of the North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University campus, providing more than 400 beds across comfortable 1-, 2-, and 4-bedroom suites. Designed with community and convenience in mind, the four-story residence hall features private courtyards, a gaming room, multipurpose spaces, on-site laundry, retail options, and kitchenettes and private bathrooms in each suite.
