The Davidson County Courthouse Addition and Renovation included a 76,100-square-foot addition and a 9,500-square-foot renovation to expand and modernize the courthouse. The project delivered new offices and courtrooms for District and Superior Court judges and key departments, including the District Attorney, Clerk of Court, Guardian Ad Litem, Register of Deeds, and Juvenile Services. It also connected the 1958 and 2000 buildings into one unified facility, completing ahead of schedule.
