- RESPONSIBILITIES
WHAT YOU'RE BEST AT
- Lead full-scope estimating and blueprint analysis for complex commercial drywall and framing projects.
- Develop comprehensive proposals and manage high-volume deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide design alternatives and collaborate with teams to ensure projects are cost-effective and buildable.
- REQUIREMENTS
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 3–5+ years of commercial estimating experience specializing in metal framing and drywall.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proficiency with The Estimating Edge (Preferred)
- Strong technical ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and schedules.
PROJECT MANAGER
- RESPONSIBILITIES
WHAT YOU'RE BEST AT
- Lead project execution from estimating handoff to final closeout, ensuring all work strictly adheres to contract documents, safety standards, and quality specifications.
- Manage all project financials, schedules of values, and cost forecasting, while processing RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Drive project schedules by coordinating labor with field leadership and negotiating with vendors and subcontractors.
- REQUIREMENTS
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in commercial drywall and metal framing
- Proven experience managing mid-size to large commercial projects, including ground-up and renovations
- Strong understanding of project budgets, cost control, and schedules of values
